Today I’m sharing the importance of recognizing the WRONG clients and how to stop working with them. It’s as much about understanding your ideal client as it is recognizing the red flags of the clients that just aren’t the right fit for you.
I walk you through an exercise that I do every year to review all my projects and see which ones worked well and which ones did not. I also share the checklist I use during every discovery call with a potential client to help me assess if they are the right fit.
